RankQuest is a system that analyzes websites and generates automated decisions about what actions may improve search engine performance.

RankQuest:

The system provides automated, data-driven recommendations only.

2. Use of the Service

By using RankQuest, you agree to:

  • •Maintain control over your website and infrastructure

You are solely responsible for any changes you apply based on system outputs.

3. Decision System Behavior

RankQuest operates under a single-decision model:

  • •At most one active decision is presented at a time

  • •Decisions may change as new data is observed

You acknowledge that:

  • •Previously issued decisions may be replaced
  • •The system may change direction without notice
  • •Not all issues are shown simultaneously

4. No Guarantees

RankQuest does not guarantee:

  • •Revenue outcomes
  • •Indexation or visibility

All outputs are informational and based on available data.

5. Implementation Disclaimer

RankQuest may provide:

You are responsible for:

6. Blocking Conditions

Certain conditions may prevent the system from operating correctly.

Examples include:

In such cases:

  • •You may be required to resolve the issue before continuing

7. Integrations

RankQuest may integrate with third-party services.

By connecting integrations (e.g. Google Search Console), you:

  • •Authorize RankQuest to access data from the connected service within the permissions you approve
  • •Confirm you have permission to grant access to the connected website, account, or property
  • •Understand that RankQuest may use the connected data to generate observations, signals, decisions, recommendations, reports, and related product functionality
  • •Understand that disconnecting an integration may limit or disable features that depend on that integration

For Google Search Console, RankQuest requests read-only access and does not modify your Google Search Console account or properties.

We are not responsible for third-party data accuracy, availability, outages, API changes, or access restrictions.

8. Billing and Subscriptions

  • •Pricing is per project (per website)
  • •Some plans may include a free trial period

By starting a trial, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Creem. Creem is responsible for payment processing, billing, and applicable taxes.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.

9. Merchant of Record

Creem acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions made through RankQuest.

This means that Creem is responsible for:

  • •Payment processing
  • •Billing and invoicing
  • •Handling applicable taxes

Your purchase is made from Creem, and their terms may also apply to the transaction.

10. Service Availability

RankQuest is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous availability of the service.

11. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any credentials associated with it.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RankQuest is not liable for:

  • •Website performance changes
  • •Loss of traffic or revenue
  • •Errors in third-party data

Your use of the service is at your own risk.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

You may terminate your account at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
